• You don't have to know anything about the girls, the group, or any ~wider Dreamcatcher mythos~ for this prompt. In fact, I'd rather the prompt focus on the specific video itself.


• This music video has SO MANY fantasy vibes. It also has a LOT GOING ON. There's plenty of little scenes in there that you feel you can write a whole story out of. I'd love any backstory for one or two of the scenes. You don't have to write a fic trying to link everything together—in fact, I'd prefer you didn't. I'd really just love to see a fic based on whatever moment(s) you found most interesting in the video, fleshed out a bit more. As long as you keep the fantasy vibes, I'd be fine with whatever.


• Though I have to admit, girls with swords are hot. So, so hot.

Love Song for a Vampire - Annie Lennox

• Let's have a LITERAL VAMPIRE, babyyy. I don't care what time the fic is set, just that it has a literal vampire and retains some of the gothic melodrama vibes of the song.


• So this song was made for the Bram Stoker's Dracula movie and as such, shares a lot of vibes with the movie. You do not need to watch the movie! Please do not watch the movie, it is very long and poor Keanu Reeves has a hard time with his accent. But it might help if I told you that the basic vibe for Dracula in that movie is he had a lady he loved in pre-vampire times but whoops, she died, and now in post-vampire times he's hot for Mina because she reminds him of his lady that he loved.


• With that background in mind, I kind of get the sense that Annie Lennox is just writing some Dracula POV fanfiction and that the song is from the perspective OF a vampire? But at the same time, it's a love song FOR a vampire and I honestly think the song works a bit better if you entirely push it aside from the Dracula context and imagine someone horny on main for a vampire.


• but basically, I love some big gothic over the top romance and this song's got that in spades.

You Told the Drunks I Knew Karate - Zoey Van Goey

• While I do love me some fantasy AUs or nontraditional settings, I'm aokay with this one being set in the modern time. Heck, I'm even fine with the people being high school or college age, I just would rather not have anything set at a high school or college.


• One of the things I really love this song is the downright devotion the singer has to his love interest. He really loves this person and will join them on all their dumb decisions even though he's a little more hesitant himself. Any fic that hits that level of devotion would be amazing.


• Obviously, these are not the only dumb things the singer's done for his love interest. What other sort of nonsense have the two of them gotten up to? Has anybody actually pointed out all the dumb shit to the singer? If so, what was his response?

Catellena - Orange Caramel (Music Video)

• You don't have to know anything about the girls, the group, or any other out of universe aspect for this prompt. In fact, I'd rather the prompt focus on the specific video itself.


• Let the shrimp girl have an octopus girlfriend! That one scene where they're both on the conveyor belt is just grand. Especially considering the lyrics are f/f as hell? Fish girlfriends. Let's have some fish girlfriends.


• Alternatively, any sort of prompt that goes with the 'sentient sushi' theme of the video would be grand. Feel free to go as buckwild or as silly as you want with this one as the music video is absolutely silly to begin with.

Mutineer - Warren Zevon

• I definitely want this to involve sailors and/or boats somehow because I'm a sucker for boats. Mutineer can be literal, mutineer can be metaphorical, but there definitely need to be sailors or boats. Love me some boats. And preferably, I'd like those sailors to kiss. This song could be platonic, but I personally interpret it as romantic.


• One of the things I love about this song is that it's so gentle. If you could somehow find a way to keep the gentle feeling with the fic, I'd love it.


• Feel free to set this in any time period you want! A historical vibe could work well with the song, but it's not required.

Touch-Tone Telephone - Lemon Demon

• Keep those conspiracy theories wacky, please! Nothing TOO real, more like tinfoil on the head level of conspiracy theories.

• What if THEY'RE RIGHT about the unified theory? What if the radio show host knows that the conspiracy theorist is right and is just shutting him down before ~word gets out~?

canon specific prompts:
Love Live Sunshine: all of my prompts are super predictable here and revolve around Yoshiko. Some sort of supernatural AU would be amazing. Maybe Yoshiko actually is a fallen angel, maybe she summoned a demon in some sort of Faustian nonsense, maybe she's the little demon of some other sort of dark power. I don't mind the other girls being included and would actually love that. How does Hanamaru or Ruby react to Yoshiko's supernaturalness? Any sort of cosmic horror vibes would be amazing. My big request here is no gore for Love Live.

The Picture of Dorian Gray: Alan gets a bump rap, doesn't he? He finds this cute guy, really likes this cute guy, cute guy asks him to get rid of a body, that messes Alan up so much that he eventually kills himself. Any POV fic of him would be amazing, especially anything that does into his mental state. I don't mind depictions of suicide and definitely would love anything about his thought process. Though a what-if about how Alan lived would be just as good. What sort of measures would Dorian take to make certain that the body's actually destroyed?

Original Work: I just really like ghosts, yo. I especially like freaky ghost possessions. Any fic focusing on the loss of identity, weird feeling of sharing a head, or horror as you do things that aren't by your own choice are the best. You can go as flexible as you want with this, but I have a few main requests. There's got to be a third party who can witness the possession. A historical setting would be good. I'd especially love it if the fake psychic was a spiritualist or the robot was some sort of steampunk nonsense. I'd prefer the possessed person to be male, flexible on the gender of the ghost.

Critical Role: I've essentially got two different sets of requests (though Nott is listed because she's cool and anything involving her, drowning, dysmorphia, or identity crises would be amazing). One involves Avantika. Anything involving her and creepy shit given to her by Uk'otoa would be amazing. Maybe she gets a little power-hungry after gaining the ability to control water. Maybe her patron gives her consentacles. Maybe she had some horrible drowning dreams and puked up seawater like Fjord did. Maybe she puts one of the M9 through some waterboarding just so she can practice her water powers. I put up some ship requests and I don't mind dubious consent, but don't want out and out rape/noncon.

My second request is anything involving Molly or Caleb turning on the team somehow. Whether it's Trent Ikithon showing back up and Manchurian Candidate-ing Caleb into working for the Empire again or something happening to Molly where his Lucian identity starts to resurface, anything involving brainwashing, mindfuckery, 'I'm not crazy' sort of thinking, or loss of self is 100% my jam.
